FactoryBridge exists because the gap between what brands expect from overseas manufacturing and what they actually get is almost always preventable — with the right knowledge at the right time.
FactoryBridge is a manufacturing advisory company focused on Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We help brands and businesses find reliable factories, make better sourcing decisions, and build supply chains that perform — not just in the first order, but across the entire manufacturing relationship.
Most sourcing failures aren't caused by bad luck. They're caused by incomplete information. Working with a factory you haven't verified. Accepting quoted capacity at face value. Missing the signals that experienced buyers read before a deposit is ever sent. FactoryBridge bridges that information gap.
We work directly for the brands we serve — not for factories, not for platforms, and not through referral structures that compromise the advice we give. Our only interest is a sourcing outcome that works for you.
Wesley Clayton has spent fifteen years working inside apparel and consumer goods factories across China and Vietnam — not advising clients remotely, not sourcing through platforms, but physically present on production floors, in sampling rooms, and in the negotiations that shape whether an overseas manufacturing relationship actually works.
His background includes factory assessment and qualification across scrubs manufacturing, hi-visibility workwear, athletic wear, footwear, and consumer goods production. He has coordinated cross-border supply chains, managed production relationships across multiple facilities and time zones, and built working knowledge of compliance requirements for EU and North American export markets.
The kind of knowledge that tells you, within ten minutes of walking into a factory, whether it's genuinely capable of what it's pitching — or whether it's filling capacity with whatever is available to keep the floor running. That's not something you find in a sourcing directory or a platform review. It comes from being there, repeatedly, across fifteen years of production cycles.
FactoryBridge was built to make that knowledge accessible to the brands and businesses that need it most: companies making real sourcing decisions in real markets, without the resources to put someone on the ground full time.
